  • Confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement

  • Accept these Terms in full without limitation or qualification

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

ZAR Solutions provides digital and professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Workforce management and HR-related systems
  • Recruitment and application management tools
  • Healthcare billing, operational, and support services


All services are subject to separate proposals, contracts, or service-level agreements where applicable.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access


You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date
  • Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
  • Use the platform in accordance with this Agreement

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

You shall not:

  • Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content
  • Use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful activities
  • Copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without authorization

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, design, content, trademarks, and branding, are owned by ZAR Solutions or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement or a separate contract.

8. FEES, PAYMENTS & BILLING

  • Service fees are defined in proposals, agreements, or subscription plans
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed terms
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep all proprietary or sensitive information confidential
  • Not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent


This obligation survives termination of the Agreement.

10. DATA PROCESSING & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users and Clients are responsible for ensuring that data provided is lawful and compliant
  • ZAR Solutions processes data strictly for service delivery purposes
  • We do not assume ownership of client data

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & INTEGRATIONS

Our Services may include integrations with third-party tools or platforms. So, we;

  • Do not control third-party services
  • Are not responsible for their performance, security, or policies


Use of such services is at your own risk.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & SUPPORT

We aim to provide reliable services; however:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Scheduled maintenance or updates may occur
  • Support availability may vary depending on service agreements

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZAR Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data
  • Downtime or interruptions caused by external factors

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZAR Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Breach of applicable laws or regulations

15. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • At the end of contractual agreements
  • If required by law or regulatory authority


Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

16. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

We may temporarily suspend services if:

  • Security risks are identified
  • Maintenance or upgrades are required
  • There is suspected misuse or unlawful activity

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet or infrastructure failures
  • Government actions
  • Cyberattacks

18. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted on our website
  • Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of changes

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and ZAR Solutions regarding the use of Services, unless supplemented by a separate written agreement.
