Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1+ years of experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. You will manage the full advertising funnel, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve ROI across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation for campaigns.
Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for better performance.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and audiences.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling to achieve goals.
Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging.
Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in paid advertising.

Requirements

1+ years of proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Strong copywriting and creative skills for ad content.
