Job Description:

As a Social Media Marketer, you’ll assist in managing our brand’s social presence and help our clients grow across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll work closely with the design and content teams to bring campaigns to life, analyze results, and continuously improve engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts across multiple platforms.
• Support content creation — captions, visuals, hashtags, and trends.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing leads on campaign ideas.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare simple reports.
• Research new trends, competitors, and social media best practices.
• Assist in influencer outreach and online brand collaborations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
• Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Creative mindset, confident communication, and strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn & grow.

Compensation:

Salary Range: 30K – 40K
