Job Description:

Zar Solutions is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Figma) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications. We are looking for someone who combines a strong aesthetic sensibility with a deep understanding of user experience principles and can confidently bring ideas to life through high-quality Figma designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Ensure consistency across design systems, typography, and brand guidelines
Conduct user research to support design decisions
Improve designs based on usability testing and user feedback
Maintain organized design libraries and reusable component sets
Contribute throughout the complete product development lifecycle

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in UI/UX design
Strong proficiency in Figma
Solid understanding of UX principles and user flows
Experience with responsive design for web and mobile platforms
Familiarity with component-based design systems
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of developer handoff workflows
